At V.L.A.D. Outreach, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstances. We provide compassionate, individually tailored support to each individual’s unique needs. Our services include evidence-based therapies such as person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Gestalt counselling, amongst other BACP approved approaches, alongside peer-mentoring, and psychological assessments and support, all aimed at empowering individuals to manage their mental health and well-being. Everything we provide is free or donation-based, ensuring that cost will never be a barrier to accessing support.
No Limits provides a range of support for under 26s, including advice and wellbeing, mental health and wellbeing, relationships and sexuality, sexual health, family, money, housing and homelessness, special education needs, crime and violence and drugs and alcohol support (DASH).

Reassurance you are not alone, an opportunity to talk about what’s going on for you with a peer support worker. Please bear in mind this is not a crisis service or a helpline. Calls take place 1-5 working days following referral.
