Most members report feeling better and more able to cope as a result of using the service and because it’s available 24/7, nearly 70% use Togetherall outside of normal office hours.
A useful feature of Togetherall is it's online chat, which allows people to share their experiences, feelings and their personal wellbeing strategies. Users can take part in these discussions completely anonymously in a safe community that is moderated 24/7 by trained practitioners.

We specialise in Narcissistic Abuse & Domestic Abuse, as well as provide support for Racism, Discrimination, and Childhood trauma. Support includes joining up to our online platform, via Facebook, where clients are in a safe and welcoming space, to share their experiences, ask for help and support, post anything that may help them, or other group members, manoeuvre the complexities of recovering from abusive situations. We also provide 1-1 mentoring, peer to peer support, navigation and signposting, as well as more practical support - reporting to police, managing the complexities of Court processes, benefits support, employment support. It's as simple as just listening to someone, providing a sounding board, showing some care and compassion, to validate the horrific experiences people have been through.
