Expert on falls to help officially launch new friendship club at Hart Court in Sholing

People living in the area are invited to hear Sally Ann speak at the friendship club, run in partnership with the charity Communicare, which aims to boost social connectedness in Southampton.

Sally Ann says: “My talk will focus on what to do if someone falls – a situation that can feel overwhelming, but where knowing the right steps to take can make a real difference.

“As the former lead Physiotherapist for the Falls Service in Southampton, I spent many years helping people stay safe and active. Although I’m now retired, I’m committed to continuing that work by sharing practical knowledge and strategies across the city.”

Sholing Friends is at Hart Court on Cranbury Road on Mondays each week from 10.30am-12noon.
