KvLS Mental Health Support is looking for a supervisor to join our low-cost counselling service.

As KVLS Mental Health Support continue to grow, including moving into a new office space soon and welcoming more volunteer counsellors, they are looking to bring in an additional self-employed supervisor to support our team.

They currently have two supervisors and are looking to add a third! To maintain quality and consistency, each supervisor facilitates a maximum of two groups.

They are now looking for a Level 6 (or higher) qualified supervisor to take on one fortnightly group, Wednesdays at 10:00am, starting in April.

Based either at our Southampton office or your own practice (in or near Southampton).

There is a strong likelihood that a second group will be added in the near future.

KVLS's groups are made up of Junior Counsellors (currently in Level 5 training or recently qualified). Groups of 3, 1.5 hours fortnightly / Groups of 4, 2 hours fortnightly.

They offer £40 per hour, with prompt payment upon receipt of invoice (within one week, often sooner).
