Our Social Connectedness Campaign

Spread the word!

We’re inviting you to get involved with a citywide Social Connectedness Campaign to promote positive mental health and wellbeing as we count down to Southampton Mental Health Friendly Day in 2026.

We would like to position Southampton Mental Health Network as THE PLACE to be signposted to if you would like to find out about local mental health and wellbeing services and activities, and to help showcase how and where to access support.

You can start using the campaign assets, which focuses on celebrating good mental health and encouraging social connectedness, from now onwards.

Social Connectedness Guide as a part of The Power of Hello

This toolkit has been specifically created to help promote our Social Connectedness Guide as part of our countdown to Southampton Mental Health Friendly Day on July 8, 2026 and our ongoing Power of Hello Campaign.

It will culminate on Southampton Mental Health Friendly Day on July 8, 2026, with social gatherings in all corners of the city, at a grassroots level. Being involved with our Social Connectedness Guide, Power of Hello and Southampton Mental Health Friendly Day is open to all regardless of whether you are one of our members.
