Wednesday Wellbeing Walks Return!

Walks will leave from the Peace Fountain in East Park (also known as Andrews Park) at 12.45pm every Wednesday, and will last no longer than 30 minutes.
Go at your own pace, listen to nature and connect with others. It’s an ideal way to get away from your office or workspace, and you’ll still have time to enjoy your lunch.

What will you get from these walks?
These walks will help you reduce stress and hopefully leave you feeling less overwhelmed, happier and learn how to improve your wellbeing. Now that’s 30 minutes well spent!
Who can join these walks?
These wellbeing walks are suitable for everyone and are a great way to get out of the office, breathe in some fresh air and make use of our Green Flag-awarded parks. Looking after children while working at home? Bring them along! Have a small furry friend? Bring them along too!

The purpose is to bring people together and help people improve their wellbeing while having meaningful conversations and connections. I encourage everyone to bring an open mind, and a willingness to meet new people and make lasting friendships, as well as learn something along the way.
