Continued Professional Development

When we asked what kind of CPD you were looking for, the response was refreshingly broad: “Life, the universe, and everything.”

What began years ago as a light-hearted comment in a lively supervision session - “this feels like counselling bootcamp” - soon turned into Counselling Camp with Kirsty. After an earlier pause, that idea came fully to life again in 2025, with a full calendar of in-person CPDs and a strong sense of shared learning in the room.

And that brings us to 2026.

We’re continuing our CPD programme with the same core intention: thoughtful, grounded training that blends theory with practice you can actually use - with clients, in supervision, and for yourself as a practitioner.

Unless stated otherwise, all our CPDs are:

3 hours long. In person at our office in Southampton. £45 per person. Suitable for practising coaches, wellbeing practitioners, counsellors and psychotherapists (Level 4+).

We’ll be sharing the first set dates of our 2026 CPD offering below. Additional CPDs will follow throughout the year, allowing space to respond to what’s emerging in practice and in the room.

Loss & Grief - Saturday 31st of January 12pm. Stress Awareness - Saturday 28th February 12pm. Neurodiversity - Saturday 28th March 12pm. Sandtray - Saturday 24th October 12pm. Creative Approaches Online - Saturday 28th November 12pm.
