Fluid Motion Theatre's first Connection Breakfast of the year is just around the corner! This month they are joined by Helen Wallbridge as their guest speaker.

Helen is a Community Archaeologist & Wellbeing Facilitator. Helen’s work spans across professional archaeology, community engagement, research and education. She is particularly passionate about the role heritage can play in wellbeing. For their networking event, Helen will talk about how heritage and wellbeing connect, and there will be an opportunity to have a go at making roman inspired mosaics. This is an example of one of the sessions being run in partnership with Culture in Common and Totton Social Prescribers during the February half-term.
